All parts and accessories sold, and repairs and services provided, are on an “as is” basis.

  • Wheel Solutions, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the sale of parts and accessories.
  • All damages are limited to the amount paid to Wheel Solutions, Inc. for the parts and accessories, or the service and repair.
  • Customer shall not be entitled to recover any form of damages from Wheel Solutions, Inc. , including consequential damages, attorneys’ fees, court costs, loss of use, loss of time, lost profits, or punitive damages.
  • Wheel Solutions, Inc., PedalControl US, are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.
  • All disputes relating to parts and accessories sold, and service and repair provided, shall be submitted to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, Commercial Rules, in the State of California, County of Orange.
  • Any dispute as to parts and accessories sold, or service and repair, shall be submitted to Wheel Solutions, Inc. in writing within 30 days of the delivery, or such dispute is knowingly made.
  • By accepting delivery of the parts and accessories, the customer knowingly and intelligently consents to these terms, irrespective of whether a written invoice is signed.
